Dinner is served Japanese style, using seafood sent directly from Numazu on the same day as well as seasonal and local vegetables, meat, and fruits.
Breakfast is served both as a set menu and buffet style, using fresh local vegetables, seaweeds, bread, and fruits.

PUBLIC BATH

Mineral Spring baths supplied water from Mt. Fuji Springs

There are two baths in the hotel that use vanadium water taken from 120 m underground.
It also is infused with rock salt to give it saline spring properties for warming the body.

FACILITES

The hotel has two wells certified by Fujiyoshida City where it draws water rich in vanadium from 120 m underground.
Guests can see the pond and the fountain from the lobby.
